Return & Refund Policy

1- Customers are required to open, inspect, and try their order while the courier is present at the delivery location.

2- Acceptance of the package constitutes confirmation that the order is complete, correct, and free from defects.

3- Once the courier has left the delivery location, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

4- An order is considered successfully delivered once handed over by the courier to the customer at the provided address. The company shall not be held liable for any claims raised after delivery has been completed.

5- By placing an order, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
